There is major renovation works scheduled from the end of January therefore no option to extend your stay beyond 31 January.

You will be sharing with 5 housemates until Christmas, and 3 or 4 housemates after Christmas until the end of January.

This is a four-bedroom shared house in a cosy house near the Science Park. All rooms are furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair.

There is one bathroom with bath and over head shower, sink and toilet.

There is a kitchen with all appliances including oven, two fridge/freezers and washing machine.

Shared dining room and back garden including grass and patio area.

Street parking only.
