Double Room in a Friendly House share!

Living room

Hi All,
We have a double bedroom available from Mid-May (dates are slightly flexible) in our friendly house share in central Cambridge. The house is 10 mins walking from the train station and buses, and close to shops, cafes, and the cinema.
The house has a shared living/dining room, big kitchen, and 2 bathrooms (1 bath), and even a garden that we do BBQ’s in during the summer season! The garden also has a shed for storing bikes or for other storage! 
The kitchen has a dishwasher, and a new laundry machine and tumble dryer!

Our housemate is unfortunately going to live with his partner and we are looking for someone to take over his room!
The room has space for a double bed, ample storage and a desk. Our housemate is looking to sell his bed/drawers as well.

You will be sharing the house with 2 housemates:
Arshiya: Works in health data research, avid gym goer, and dances salsa, bachata and some kizomba! Is also a plant mom and tried really hard to keep them alive and happy!
Nicole: Working in research, plays volleyball and is a runner and amazing baker.

We are quite clean and tidy house who respect each others space but will also occasionally do things together like watch Brooklyn 99 or bake off! We are looking for someone similar who will treat this as their home!

Rent is 750 plus bills which is around 150 (less in spring/summer months).
