My name is Spencer; I have a four bed, detached home in Cambridge. I live alone, am a relatively recent divorcee and currently run two businesses from home and occasionally teach Business English to foreign students at a local college.

I am looking for two professionals to move in asap; bills are included, as is wifi and some subscription TV channels in the living room.

I am vegan but am not opposed to living with non-vegans, the initial reason for becoming vegan is that I have MS so follow a strict diet. I am an able bodied person but prefer to be upfront about my disability.

I will also be looking to take on a cleaner to visit a few times a week for the communal areas but I would expect tenants to contribute to the cleaning and upkeep of the property and garden regularly.

It is important to me that we all get along and so would like to initially have a chat with you if you're interested in one of the rooms; we must have a respectful environment (no regular all night partying etc.), I'm looking for someone responsible and thoughtful but want to also have a laugh with the people I'm living with.
