Social Mill Road house share

Hi!

We are a 6 person house share looking for a new 6th person to join the house in a bright double room! The house is located just off Mill Road, less than 5 minutes walk to the station and 15 min walk into town.

As a house we are social, outgoing and like to spend time together outside of the house as well as in. As a group we are three males, 24,24 & 25 and two females 24 & 26, ideally looking for a third female to join the house. As a group you can normally find us at the pub/pub quiz, going for dinner, playing Mario kart, day trips to London, sweet treat trips and exploring the city.

The room is a bright double room that comes furnished with a desk, wardrobe, smart TV and bedside table. The laundry room is located outside and contains two dryers and two washing machines and a larger freezer. All bills are included in the £750 rent (Wifi, council tax, heating and water). Please note a £750 deposits is required.
