Large double room available in the lovely quiet CB4, with parking. Situated feet away from large green space, tescos, little pub, local shopping centre, and a quick walk into the heart of Cambridge. First come first serve street parking. There is a washer dryer, plus covered washing line, dish washer, and large fridge. A small conservatory, back garden with BBQ waiting for someone to cook for the house mates. A sitting room to share, large kitchen to whip up some meals. 2 Shared bathrooms, and a private courtyard for all tenants in the front. Wi-Fi included. Water and electric included. Double bed provided. Room is furnished. I live in the U. S.. The new tenant must mesh with the old tenants, it is about the harmony of the house. This house has always had good balance, and I wish to keep the happy feeling moving forward. I will consider double occupancy for the room, but not romantic couples. The tenants do not wish to have any possible lovers quarrels in the home, which I understand. I two friends would like to rent the room the rent will be 1000 a month for consideration of wear and tear of the home and the raise in utility bills. All viewings will be conducted by the tenants.
