We are leaving our rooms at the top floor of a nice house in CB4:
- One en-suite double bedroom
- one double bedroom available

Built in wardrobe in each rooms
2 other rooms and 1 bathroom on the floor below

The rest of the house is made up of a communal kitchen/diner (with washing machine and dishwasher), a communal downstairs toilet, and you would be sharing the bathroom next to the bedroom with 1 or 2 other people. There are currently 2 others living at the property. 1 is planning on staying, but the other is moving out too so there will actually be 3 rooms available in the house over the coming months. The housemate that's staying is a professional Italian lady in her 30s (she is also fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish). She would like a professional adult in their late twenties - 30s ideally. No smokers and no pets.

The house has private parking and free street parking, a back garden and a front garden.

The property is about 5 minutes drive or 10-minute cycle to the Cambridge Science Park and Cambridge North train station. Bus stops and Tesco express are within one-minute walking distance, these provide access to guided bus routes that run straight into central Cambridge. Easy access to A14/M11 (1 min driving)
