An unfurnished double room on the top floor of a three-storey house available from 16th February.
With a communal living room, we tend to congregate there in the evening watching TV or just chatting. The house is well-equipped with bathrooms with two shower rooms and a small toilet and sink on the top floor as well so you should never have to queue! We have a nice garden with furniture and a small BBQ to enjoy in the summer.
We’re a friendly, sociable house who enjoy spending time together in the evenings. We enjoy watching sport and playing sport (in some cases), reading, puzzles and art and crafts.
The house is in an excellent location with the Beehive shopping centre right behind, a 20 min walk into town or to the Grafton and a 20 min walk to the Railway Station.
Bills are included in the rent.
