Single bedroom in beautiful Victorian home

Hello!
We are a couple (Louise and Valentina) looking for a flatmate to share a beautiful Victorian home near central Cambridge!

About the place:
It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house in CB1 (Council Tax Band D). It has a lovely backyard and original features. You would be living in the second bedroom of the house.

Rent would be 1100 (all included) from mid-February/March to June, and then starting in June it would decrease to 875 Gbp per month!

About us:
Louise is a student teacher starting an interview at a school near Cambridge, and Valentina is a Master’s student in Gender Studies at the University of Cambridge.
We have an adorable dachshund called Hippolyte who loves to cuddle and meeting new people!

We are both very intentional about our space and prioritize keeping it clean, cozy, and generally nice to be in. We are for sure homebody types who like to chill at home, cook, and watch movies. We also enjoy dinner parties and hosting our friends, so it would be lovely to share our space with someone who enjoys that as well.
