Join me (24), Alice (24), Cara (25) in our four bedroom house share just off Mill Road. This is a bright property in a great location next to ARU and close to central Cambridge.

We are looking for 1 flatmate to take on a single room in this property, starting on the 23rd of April. The room comes with a single bed, desk and a big wardrobe. The rooms in this house are different sizes so we split the rent accordingly. We are friendly, sociable people hoping to make this a homely space to enjoy together 🪴🌷

This property is suitable for a professional earning a salary or a fully-funded student.

Downstairs there is a separate living/dining room with a TV, and a kitchen. All white goods are included except for a dishwasher. There are two bathrooms, one on either floor.

One bedroom is downstairs, with three upstairs (including the one advertised). We also have a small separate room for storage with a little desk.

Finally, the house has a lovely rear garden - we have a table out there and love to eat outside when the weather is nice 🌞🏡🍴

A bit about us:
Grace (24) - I am a second year PhD student studying virology 🦠 In my spare time I love spending time outside walking or on my bike. I also love cooking and pub trips :)

Alice (24) - a lab technician working in early human development 🔬 Alice loves rowing, netball and spending time with friends. She loves a pub quiz 🤓

Cara (25) - a recent Master’s graduate working as an editorial assistant. She also enjoys cooking, reading and watching films, and also plays the cello 🎶
