Room in shared student house to rent :)

Three double rooms available in this fully functional house. The existing housemates are all super nice. We are all students, and would prefer you to be too. We prefer women or non-binary tenants.

As a group we are quite close, and spend a lot of time in the common room. We are all very friendly, and we want the people joining us to also be very friendly too:)

It's just 10 minutes away from the train station. 6-8 minutes away from the nearest co-op and 35 mins away from ARU.

The bills are included in the price of the room, but if we overuse the amenities, then we would have to pay extra. So we just have to be smart about it.

THE ROOMS
All rooms are fully furnished with a desk, bed, and storage units like wardrobes.

The first room is an entire floor at the top of the house.

The second room is the second floor, overlooking the garden.

The third room is also on the second floor, overlooking the street.

LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN
We have a living room with sofas, shelves, a shared raised kitchen table, washing machine and a dishwasher. There's lots of space and is lovely in the common room.

GARDEN
We have a very large garden that is often visited by cats, birds and wildlife.
