I have a comfortable room available in my home which would be suitable for a mature professional female. It’s a quiet but friendly household.

The room overlooks a lovely tree-lined avenue and is equipped with a small double bed, wardrobe, cupboard, tall chest of drawers and a bedside chest of drawers.

Use of the kitchen, living room, dining room and bathroom would be shared with me. All bills and Council Tax are included.

The house is situated in a quiet residential area but is close to the hospital and train station as well as many local amenities. The city centre is approximately 2 miles away.

Driveway parking is available and there’s a large garden which is great for relaxing in.
