Single room in a house with 2 females

Available from end of July 2025/ beginning of August.

We’re looking for a young female to take over our friend’s room. We are two young female professionals who have been living in this property for a year. We've made it a home and are looking for a respectful and clean roommate to join us.
We spend a lot of time in the living room hanging out, watching movies on our projector, cooking, and playing games. We’re very friendly and would love to have a roommate who enjoys spending time together but also values personal space.
The neighborhood is great and quiet, with a bus stop just around the corner. There's a lovely park right outside and a convenience store only 3 minutes away.
