The house has a spacious an fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 downstairs toilet to share with 3 other professionals, there is also a nice big garden and parking just outside the house.
The room is furnished and the price £520 per calendar month plus bills, at the moment there are 1 boy an 2 girls so ideally looking for a BOY to keep a balance in the house but we don't mind a GIRL, has to be a long term tenancy (minimum 6 months)
