This really is a lovely two bedroom apartment, which is a recent newly converted flat. THE ROOM ON OFFER IS THE SINGLE ROOM WHICH IS AVAILABLE FROM SEPTEMBER 2023.

NB: We prefer a female flatmate as the other flatmate is female.

The property is within walking distance to Addenbrookes Hospital, and local shops. It has easy access to several bus routes, and is within easy access to Cambridge Railway station.

The monthly rental is £550/month plus the share of the month bills with the flat mate approx. £90/month (which is reasonable - you are able to check with the flatmate beforehand!!). So please be aware the bills will be shared between you and the flat mate.
