Furnished Single Room near station/Addenbrooke's

We're looking for a working professional or postgraduate student, 25+, for a single room in a 4-bedroom house that's a 15-minute walk (door-to-door) from the station, and a ten minute walk from the cinema and entertainment park. Just off Coleridge Road, towards the Cherry Hinton Road end.

The rent is £400 per month + bills (gas, electric, water internet, cleaner, comes to £30 altogether - you won't be responsible for council tax). The internet is 100mbps Virgin superfast. There's a dishwasher in the kitchen. There are two showers - one upstairs and one downstairs.

About the room: there's a desk, a chest of drawers, hanging storage and underbed storage. The bed has a firm mattress with memory foam top. The photos don't really do the room justice - my phone camera is shocking, the room is quite nice with a good amount of storage, a decent size box room. It is a colossal amount of storage for such a small room.

The common areas will be available for use - including a spacious living room, dining area, kitchen and two bathrooms.

There are no hidden fees or anything like that. I'm a private live-in landlord. We have a dog who lives with us called Nutmeg, she's a friendly cockapoo.

You'll be sharing the house with four other people (three girls, one guy). We're friendly but all natural introverts so if this describes you then you'll likely fit in well here. It's a quiet house here most of the time, an easy house to live in.

We're just off Coleridge Road, at the Cherry Hinton Road end. 15 minutes walk to the station, door-to-door. Not far from Addenbrooke's too, cycling distance easily, maybe walking distance.
