Double Room available in North Cambridge

Hi room seeker!

We have a large double room to rent on the first floor of our lovely 3 storey town-house in north Cambridge. The room comes with a double bed, large wardrobe, desk, bedside table, chest of drawers and the shared use of a large family bathroom. (Shared with one other)

Other features of the house asides the amazing house-mates include a good sized living room with two sofas and a 32 inch flat-screen HD TV with Sky Plus and movies. A good sized kitchen that comes fully equipped with all the white goods including a dishwasher and clothes washer. There is also a ground-floor WC and a small garden (low maintenance) that's works perfectly for summer BBQ's. We also have a cleaner who comes around every fortnight.

We are located in north Cambridge, 20 min walk to the science and business Parks. There are regular bus services to the centre from the bus stop 1 min walk down the road and for drivers there is very quick access to the A14 and the M11.

As a house we are very easy going and social, we like an occasional trip to the pub at weekends (Covid permitting) and sometimes get together in the evenings for a shared meal and/or movie. In keeping with the current flatmates we are looking for a someone in their twenties or thirties who will be social but who will also be respectful the other house-mates privacy and keep the house in a clean state.

The room is £650 pm, this is inclusive of all Bills (Elec, Water, Council Tax, Broadband and Sky TV)!!
