Hi,
I have a spacious double room available in a great location available. The house is a 10/15min walk from the train station and just a 2 minutes walk from the Grafton centre, yet still nice and quiet. I'm easy going and sociable and would prefer a house-mate that will spend some of their evening's in the lounge with me rather than locked away in their room!
The house has a large open living/dining space, separate bathroom and toilet (which are also between the 2 bedrooms so you won't hear me snoring :P) and a small decked garden to the rear.
