Double room close to Cambridge City Centre

We are looking for a new flatmate to come and live with us in a shared flat close to central Cambridge (5 min cycle, 10-15 min walk). You would be living with two friendly professionals (one economist and once archaeologist) in a three bedroom flat who have lived in the flat for 5 years and 1 year respectively.

The bedroom is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, bedside table and lamp, and there is also a large communal living/dining/ kitchen room area.

It's a tidy and quiet flat. One of us works from home every day and the other is out and about more often. When we're not working we like having friends around and the occasional pub trip.

We have a good landlord who is very responsive and good at getting any issues sorted when we need her to. Ideally, we're looking for someone to stay at least six months, but could discuss a shorter stay for the right person. The absolute minimum is 2 months.

Council tax, TV licence, broadband, water, gas and electricity are all included in the rent.
