Lovely large Master bedroom in beautiful cottage

Definitely a home, and not just a place to stay. :-) Large Master bedroom with king-size bed and period features (beautiful fireplace and shutters) available for a 9 month minimum contract from start of Jan. Rent *excludes* bills. No couples, sorry, non-smokers only, and standard 5 week deposit. This lovely spacious cottage is fully furnished and beautifully and lovingly decorated. It has a large leafy garden with a fig and apple tree, and is in an idyllic setting by the river. Double glazed. Looking for a friendly professional person to share with a sociable professional. Current tenant is a respectful, sociable guy, mid-20s. I'm in my 30s, but work abroad, and will only be back next summer on and off for a few weeks at a time. The rest of the time you'd have the house to yourselves! 15 min cycle along the river to town. 5 min walk to a Tesco Metro and a 7 min cycle to a Tesco Superstore. The house is a 5 min walk to Cambridge North Station from where it takes less than an hour to get to London. There is a spare room for occasional family members and friends to visit.
