This room also has its own Ethernet socket which connects directly to the router for faster speeds.

A large modern kitchen/diner with plenty of your own fridge/freezer and cupboard space. A washing machine is provided. The dining area leads out on to a spacious patio.

Outside there is secure covered storage for bicycles.

Deposit is one month’s rent in advance.

We are private landlords and do not charge any hidden admin fees for tenant references or drawing up tenancy agreements.

Stay as long as you like but our minimum tenancy requirement is six months.
