The house is 3 bedroom terrace (three double, + single/office) in the Orchard Park housing estate. Very close to Science park and ~15 minute cycle to Cambridge city centre. A housemate in one of the double rooms has moved out we are looking for replacement. The house is social so we would be looking for someone who we would get along with.
The house has a good sized communal Kitchen/Dining room and Lounge. The top floor bedroom has an ensuite. The two other rooms (including the advertised room) share a bathroom and there is an additional WC on ground floor. There is a garden with shed (Bike storage) and assigned off road parking. House has washing machine, dishwasher and tumble drier.
Deposit is £500 rent and all bills are included. Minimum stay 6 months.
