Beautiful House with garden in Willingham

We are a young professional couple moving with work to Asia and looking to rent two double rooms in our detached house in a large village North Cambridge.

Room 1: Big room furnished with a double bed and large wardrobe with en-suite.

Room 2: Are actually two large single rooms one used as bedroom and one as walking wardrobe / office. There is already an office desk in one of them. Will be sharing the bathroom.

We have 2 lounges so there is room to have your own space. Kitchen is shared containing electric hob, dishwasher, washing machine and there is a large garden too. The garage can be used to store bikes.

All bills and broadband included. Cleaner will be provided for a small charge to clean communal areas.

Willingham is a large village with 3 pubs, gym, post office, co-op, takeaways, hairdressers, barbers, car garage. There is access to guided busway and A14 within 10 mins of home.

We have 2 friendly young cats at the property.

There is driveway and street parking available in the cul-de-sac.

Single tenants and couples considered (for slightly increased price). Mon-Fri or 7 day lets both considered.

No children/pets/smoking.

Occupants must be professional age 22-55.

Rent payable 1 month in advance and deposit is 1 month rent.
