We are looking for a friendly and sociable young professional who is very clean and is considerate to others (ie. knows how to wash up properly, put dishes away, clean after themselves in the kitchen etc). We have a great weekly cleaner but I do expect everyone to keep things clean between their visits. (if that all sounds too much effort then this house is not for you!)

Loft Ensuite room:
This large double room covers the whole top-floor. It’s a light airy bedroom overlooking the gardens and has a luxury en-suite shower room. Accessed via its own staircase. All quality furniture included.

Brand new kitchen recently installed. Large, light & airy with central breakfast bar for socialising whilst cooking. Dishwasher/washing machine/tumble dryer, plenty of storage and fridge/freezer space.

There is a separate living room to relax in, stylishly decorated and furnished with sofas, chairs, wood flooring and 46" HD TV. 100Mb Virgin internet/wifi.

Easy access to town center over the river / Science park / Bus routes & A14/M11. The house is in a quiet road just off Victoria Road, north Cambridge. Limited offroad parking available.

Ideal location for cycling or walking to town centre, science parks, Westbrook Center, Jesus Green, Midsummer Common. Secure bike storage available outside.

Rent is inclusive of weekly cleaner and bills but subject to a fair use policy and review in light of current utility market volatility.

Essential that you are clean, tidy, friendly & considerate to others (no loud music, know how to wash up and clean properly etc). Non-smokers only (no `outdoor smokers` either). Deposit & references required. Single occupancy only.

This house is fully registered under the councils Accreditation Scheme and is maintained to high standards, we expect the same care to be taken by housemates.
