V. Central Double room- Short Term 2 Months

Hi everyone!

We have a light and airy double room to rent (first floor) in our shared house in central Cambridge. Less than 2 minutes from Jesus Green and a 5 minute walk into central Cambridge.

The room is available from 26th July until the end of September. (2 months)

We are three young professional friends, working at the University (training as a yoga teacher on the side) & science park. We are very laid back, keep things clean & tidy (i. e. the kitchen/bathroom) and are looking for someone equally sociable!

The house is very homely and located on Alpha Road (really central and handy for tennis/lido on Jesus Green). This large house with an extensive patio and garden has 4 rooms in total. It has one shared living room, kitchen, huge bathroom (bath and shower). The room is quiet at the back of the house and a good size (~3m x 4m) The current housemate is willing to sell furniture (including bed) if any is required/wanted.

Rent is - £500 pcm - council tax & wifi are included here.

£500 deposit.
