Spacious double ensuite room - Mon-Fri only

This is a clean modern and spacious double furnished room with ensuite bathroom facilities. The apartment is within walking distance of the train station and Mill road area of Cambridge. There is free and safe off road parking available.

I am looking for male of female professional. The room is only available between Monday (Sunday night considered) to Friday, not over the weekend. It would ideally suit someone working in Cambridge who travels back to where they live at the weekend. The bedding is changed on a weekly basis and a simple self service breakfast is also included. There is a TV and table in the room. The lounge is private however you will have full access to the kitchen to make breakfast and meals in the evening.

You would be sharing with myself, I am a 44 year old professional female who works part time whilst completing my PhD. I also have a small dog whom is very friendly. He has no access to the room. I am a friendly but private person, I am often out in the evenings with friends and family and not a big cook so rarely spend much time in the kitchen. I have a had two previous Mon - Fri lodgers for the past few years and it has worked very well.
