Room in a house near the city centre

I am renting out my spare room just off of East Road. 15 minute walk to the city centre or the station in the other direction.

The house was extensively renovated inside in 2017 so it is a warm and comfortable whilst keeping its cottage feel.

The room itself has a double bed with a very comfortable mattress, comes with pillows and duvet as well as a large wardrobe for storage

There is a shared bathroom which has a separate bath and shower.

A cleaner comes every other week to do the deep clean so you would just need you to keep the place tidy and clean counter tops as you go.

I am a 29 year old male, enjoy playing rugby and training for triathlons.

I am pretty flexible, if you want to spend more time in your room or in the living room that is up to you. I am keen that whoever takes the room views it as their home.

I have a pet hamster so if you are allergic or this is an in issue then this is not for you.

All bills inc, this includes the cleaner

1 month minimum let, 1 month rolling after that. £200 deposit
