There will be two other females sharing the large kitchen/dinner and bathroom and we are looking for another female tenant.

Furniture in the room includes: double bed, desk and chair, large fitted wardrobe and shelving units. All bills are included and there is a shared washing machine and dryer on site. The flat itself is in a small block of eight flats which is well managed by the landlord.

The block of flats is just north of the river within walking distance of the centre and well located for all Cambridge University departments, Anglia Ruskin, the Science Park and Addenbrookes.

There is a communal terrace/garden, with storage for bicycles.
