Double room with KS bed, fully furnished, in this huge stunning Victorian house in the very best central location, very near the river.

There will be only 4 people in all sharing the whole massive 3 storey house - the other tenants staying on until end of August are extremely nice young professionals in their 20’s, also short term, one female, 2 male, both busy working.

You would be sharing a bathroom with only 2 others and there are 3 toilets in the house.

Separate rooms available with desks and chairs if you need to work from home while having a summer break in Cambridge or while finding a longer term room.

All bills included, plus a weekly cleaner for communal areas.
Fast Virgin broadband, dishwasher, etc and even a laundry room for drying washing!

Up market very central but safe location, Kimberley Rd, - close to the river and a lovely 10 minute walk over Midsummer Common to the town centre. Jog/ cycle/walk all along the river down to the locks or the other way to Magdalene Bridge.

As well as the fabulous huge open plan kitchen/dining area with a comfy corner there is also a large communal living room, a 2nd reception /Study room with desk, another spare room with desk, and a lovely garden.

You would need to be a non smoker, clean and tidy, and trustworthy about definitely moving out by the end of August!
