I am looking to rent out a room in my Victorian terrace home, in the Petersfield area off Mill Road. The room is a spacious double bedroom with desk, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There is a shower room downstairs which is shared with one other person. You will also have access to the kitchen, sitting room and garden. The let is Monday to Friday, fully furnished and all bills (inc wifi) are included.
The property is in a nice area of Cambridge, a short walk to the train station and city centre, with lots of excellent pubs, and restaurants on the doorstep. There is no guaranteed parking space but there is free on street parking.
I am 27, and working full time in Cambridge. I have lived in the city for around 6 years and enjoy going to see live music, comedy, films and cooking. I would like to share my house with someone that is friendly, considerate, independent and tidy.
The room would not be suitable for couples or students.
