The room is large with a double bed, large pine wardrobe and chest of drawers
Some bills included (council tax). Monthly cleaning and gardening also included. All other bills shared between tenants and amount to approximately £40 per month (maximum). Good wi-fi.

The new house mate will share a bathroom with two others. You will also have access to a separate shower room. The large well-equipped kitchen is shared with 3 others. It is a well-run house with young professionals.
