This room is a good sized double on the first floor at the back, overlooking the garden. Has its own small private balcony which gets the evening sun. All rooms have their own lock.

It has a wardrobe, with shelves, book shelves on the wall and chest of drawers. A large desk and office chair is provided and a rug. The bed is a top quality one with a good mattress. Good quality black out curtains.

Quiet house of young professionals or post docs Not a super social house - just similar like minded considerate housemates.

Kitchen fully equipped (pots, pans, cutlery, kettle etc - no need to bring anything) - includes iron, ironing board. shared large kitchen/living/dining space. No need to bring anything except your personal items, bedding and towels.

All rooms have own locks. House is fully checked to meet landlord requirements/fire regulations etc. I am licensed with the council and all fire checks and other obligations are met.

Back gate (with lock) and garden for bike storage. Table and chairs for sitting in the sun. It gets the late afternoon/evening.

All bills included (gas, electric, water, WiFi and council tax) . Also includes a weekly clean of communal areas. WiFi is Virgin but moving to Zen soon.
