Looking for a flatmate to join 2 current tenants

Myself (21 years old) and friend Susannah (25 years old) have just started renting a 3 bedroom house in the centre of Cambridge and we are looking for a 3rd Tenant to join us!

On the ground floor there is a fully furnished kitchen, toilet and spacious living area leading towards the back door that opens out onto the patio/outdoor area. On the second floor is 2 bed rooms and the family bathroom. On this floor is the room that is available to rent, it is currently a single room, however, if desired the single bed could be removed and replaced with a double but you would have to purchase a bed. The room is right next to the family bathroom and as the other 2 rooms have an en-suite this would be your own. Finally on the top floor is the 3rd bedroom.

We are looking for someone who is clean/tidy, chilled and friendly to be around! Ideally we would love to have someone that would integrate and socialise with us!

I am a full time Gymnastics Coach in Cambridge and have been teaching for 7 years! I’ve always lived in Cambridge. Susannah is finishing her Phd and has been in cambridge for the past 7 years. She’s originally from Manchester but moved here when she started studying at Cambridge University. We both enjoy going to the gym, spending time with family and friends going out for drinks or Just chilling! We are also both vegan. It would be great to meet someone with similar interests and banter!
