Room 1: Double en-suite with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, small desk and chair.
£530 bills not included (share bills and network)
+ £634.6 damage deposit will be held by tenant deposit scheme until the tenancy ends.

Room 2: Double bed with wardrobe with full-length mirror, chest of drawers, bedside table, large desk and chair + share family bathroom with 1 housemate (or you can use the separate toilet and shower on the ground floor all to yourself)
£465 bills not included (share bills and network)
+ £634.6 damage deposit will be held by tenant deposit scheme until the tenancy ends.

House: Recently fitted kitchen, dining and lounge area. Enclosed garden with gated access to store bikes, spacious garage proving washing machine, tumble dryers and utility area. 10mins bus to city centre, 5mins walk to Aldi, co-op and post office.

Move in on 1 Feb 2020 (flexible)
Contract ends on 29 Sept 2020 then renew.
