Hi! A big double room for single occupancy is now available in a bright sunny 3-bedroom house near Chesterton. The room is fully furnished and the house also has a big kitchen/living room and a backyard with a small allotment where we grow vegetables! (not compulsory to participate in the allotment but you are welcome to, if you wish). The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, two ovens and dishwasher. Broadband internet.
The house is located at CB4 1SX which is perfect for Science Park and just a 15-minute cycle along the river to town. 3-minute cycle to Cambridge North. Bus service every 10 minutes. There is a CoOp and a pub 2 minutes away.
A parking place is also available in the front yard.

Now the boring part: 512£/month + bills (that are usually around 100£/month). It's through an agency (I know...) which means there is a 600£ deposit + a 50£ change of sharer fee. Some references are required by the agency/landlord.
