Small double near train station

The room

We are looking for someone to join our three person house share. We are two guys in their mid twenties and thirties (one PhD student, one medical professional). Preferable would be someone looking for a longer-term let.

The room in question is the smallest of three rooms in the house which provides sufficient space for a double bed, desk and storage. There is a shared bathroom just across from the room which is shared with one of the housemates (the third room has an ensuite bathroom). There is also a smaller downstairs toilet. We share a bright and spacious lounge and dining room. The kitchen has plenty of counter space, a fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher etc. We also have a small patio and a garage with space for bikes. In addition the garage currently houses one of the other housemates weightlifting equipment (weights, bars, benches etc) which you would be free to use. There is also a spare room which we use for example for drying laundry but have considered converting into a study.

Location: very convenient access to Cambridge train station and shops on Hills Road.

Bills are around £170/month per person, including electricity, gas, water, council tax (band E) and broadband.
The property is rented through an estate agent.

The room is available to move in by mid August.
