Modest 4 bed house, 1 living room 1 kitchen 1 bathroom, as central as it gets. This is the landlord's only property so we find we have a good, responsive relationship that keeps things functional. It is usually a 6 month contract which then moves to 6 week notice period.
Three current occupants are 1 man + 2 women, all 23-28ish. 2 of us have been there for a couple of years, one only since the summer. Everyone's friendly and get on well. In normal times we'd usually enjoy this central location as a base for our busy work and social lives in the city.
The living room is usable for office space during WfH, if preferred.
We currently pay for 100Mb/s download speeds - sufficient for 4x HD netflix streams!
