Double basement bedroom (includes double bed, bedside table and wardrobe) with private bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen, utility (washing machine + dryer), garden (great for bike storage) and homey living room. On street parking is available.

Very central location right opposite the Grafton Centre, 15 minute walk from the Beehive Centre, close to the train station, and an easy route out of town.

Available November 24th. Minimum 6 month tenancy. We are available for in person viewings. We get a lot of messages so please send a little introduction about yourself.

A little bit about us: we’re both in our early twenties working 9-5 jobs; ideally we’re looking for someone with a similar lifestyle. We often like to hang out together (movies night, tea and a natter etc ) but equally respect the need for quiet time. We’ve got a lovely household dynamic going and really value considerate housemate relationships. We like to keep the shared areas tidy and clean.
