A Studio Flat

Our coach house is beautiful. It is unique and rather special, so we're looking for someone who will love and appreciate this.

This is a Monday- Friday let only, but would consider full time for the right person by arrangement.

Leys Road is a quiet residential road, it is ideally placed for the university, town, a wealth of local amenities, the Science Park and the new station. It's also a wonderful community and we couldn't love living here any more than we do. If you like city living, but also value peace and quiet, then this is perfect for you.

The coach house is detached, stylish and well equipped. A vaulted ceiling and arched window, it has a sort of churchy feel. It's full of character.

Oak floor, small, vintage styled shower room, modern and well equipped kitchen area with a dishwasher, fridge and combination oven. The split level floor zones the sitting area, with a splodgy leather sofa, and television hidden in wall units.

From underneath the raised platform hides the ‘stealth’ bed, which slides out to reveal a sumptuous double bed.

There is shared use of our garage underneath, where you can keep a bike and where a large under stairs storage cupboard is and your washing machine and cordless Dyson live.

We will also provide fortnightly cleaning services included, if you wish.

I guess our ideal lodger would be someone with integrity, quiet and discerning. We want whoever rents this to be really happy, so we strive to do everything we can to keep you so.
