Hello!

We're looking for a friendly, sociable housemate for a bright and sunny double ensuite room in a shared house just off Mill Road, very close to the train station and City Center. The room is available now, long-term tenants preferred.

You will be joining a group of girls and guys in their twenties and early thirties, to replace someone who is leaving. The room is a spacious double with ensuite shower, located on the ground floor. It comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, and a large mirrored wardrobe. (More furniture can be brought in if required.)

The house is a clean and tidy house where people are respectful. There are two shared bathrooms on top of the ensuite, which have both been recently refurbished. The shared kitchen has plenty of storage units for 4 people, gas hob, specious worktop area and a large refrigerator/freezer as well as washing/drying facilities.

The location is very central, just off Mill Road, with many shops, bars and restaurants just down the road. If you commute, it’s only a 7 minute walk to the train station. Parker’s Piece, Kelsey Kerridge, ARU, City Center and Cambridge University are also just around the corner, a 5 minute cycle away each.

There is a patio / small back garden, and plenty of bicycle storage available in the back, including in a secured shed. There is also on-road parking available in front of the house via a resident parking scheme.

A biweekly cleaning service and broadband are included in the rent, all other utilities are a flat fee of 80 GBP per person. (This includes electricity, council tax, water and gas, and is added to the rent quoted above.) Professionals preferred, but I will consider mature/graduate students based on fit to the rest of the house. Sorry we don't allow pets.
