Single Room, CB2, £450 pcm including bills!!

Welcome to our 3 bedroom flat.

My name is Georgina and I live here with my partner James. We are easy going professionals who enjoy a (mostly) quiet home.

Currently there is a young musician living with us in the double bedroom which is next to the single advertised.

I will be leaving for Cambodia end of February for 3 months but my partner James will be here for any questions and will be dealing with things whilst I am away.

The bedroom is cosy with a single bed. The room is furnished with a wardrobe, desk and chair.

My partner and I do smoke but only in our bedroom and burn incense regularly so there is no musty smell. If you are a smoker I would also ask the same and for the rooms to be aired daily so we keep the home fresh :).

My mum who is also the landlord comes to visit 1-2 times a year and she stays in the living room so this room unfortunately is out of bounds.

The flat is in beautiful location walking distance to town, train station and botanical gardens.

We are all independent and mature adults and are looking for easy going, quiet and clean people.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and includes a dining area but please provide your own food, spices, foil paper etc.

Bills are all included which include broadband, council tax, water rates, gas and electric.

The room is available from 6th April
