We have a large double attic room available in a large house on Abbey Road.

It's a really nice house and the amount of space we have has to be seen to be believed. The location itself is great, overlooking the river we are only 5 minutes from Tesco and 10 minutes from town. The house has 5 bedrooms, spare bedroom, kitchen, living room and two shower rooms, along with an open space between the two attic bedrooms.

The room is £550 pcm, inclusive of utility bills and council tax, and can be available from 27th July - although we have a spare room so if you desperately need to move in before then let us know.

The deposit is one month's rent. It's available to professionals only (sorry students), and is a non-smoking house (you can smoke outside, but no smoking inside sorry).

The room is part furnished, but could be cleared out if you prefer completely unfurnished.

There's plenty of space in the house, and you would be sharing with 4 professionals (twenties - early thirties). We are an easy going and sociable bunch and are looking for the right person to move in as the house is more like a home than just a shared house where nobody talks to each other.
