Spacious double room in quiet Cherry Hinton house

I’m letting a large double room from June. The room is on the first floor overlooking a small back garden and has a lot of storage space.

I’m looking for a clean, considerate non-smoking FEMALE professional or postgrad/mature student. You will be sharing with me: a professional woman in my 40s. This is a quiet sanctuary rather than a party house and you'll be independent but open to a friendly cuppa now and again.

The living/dining area has wooden flooring and looks onto a small patio garden, with table and chairs for the summer months. Kitchen appliances include fridge-freezer, gas cooker, and washing machine. The bathroom has a bath/shower. The house has gas central heating throughout. There's parking out front and cycle storage around the back.

I occasionally look after my sister's friendly retriever, so you will need to be OK with dogs being around.

The house is just off Cherry Hinton Road on a quiet cul-de-sac not far from Cherry Hinton park. A bus stop at the end of the road has frequent direct buses into town/Addenbrookes or you can bike in approx 15 minutes.

The facilities of Cherry Hinton village are 10 minutes walk or there’s a Co-op and nice Italian deli/takeaways, etc 5 minutes away.

The rent includes all bills: council tax, gas, electricity, water, and broadband.
