Our lovely housemate is moving house, leaving a great double room in a spacious modern house. The room is large and unfurnished (it is bedroom 3 on the plan view photo).
The house is situated just off Cherry Hinton road, fairly close to town (it takes around 10-15 minutes to cycle to the town centre and there are regular buses running from the end of the road). It is also very close to ARM, Addenbrookes and Marshall Aerospace, plus Cherry Hinton park next door which is nice on a sunny day. The house is clean and modern, with a shared lounge and kitchen, garden, downstairs toilet and a bathroom you would share with only one other. The lounge and kitchen are both furnished with appliances.
Bills are not included in the rent price, but they typically come to around £110 per person per month.
We are looking for a friendly and tidy housemate, who may be up for the odd drink or evening out. We consider ourselves to be clean around the house and friendly to live with.
