The study room has a futon in it and on occasions is used for guests but otherwise it is free to be used as a private study or extra space to use as you desire.

There is a spacious garden with a small vegetable patch and a patio for BBQ's and chilling out in the sun. There is off-street parking. A shared living room, shower, kitchen and utilities room with washing machine. The bedroom and study are unfurnished.

Easy cycling distance from the hospital or the city centre. Walking distance to superstore, takeaways and pubs. On the bus route. Excellent internet connection.

I am a post grad student who works in a pub. I enjoy photography, crafts, reading and attempting to see what food I can grow (I am learning.... slowly). I enjoy cooking vegan food. I’m relaxed and like to do my own thing but also enjoy social evenings with a glass of wine, a takeaway or watching a film..

I have a 10 month old doggie who comes to hang out most days.
