Room to rent in sociable house share

Hey,

We’re a house of five professionals who are currently looking for a final housemate to complete our team.

The house is located centrally, with good access to pubs, restaurants, a cinema and the centre of town. In addition to this we also have a decent-sized back garden (which we’re currently in the process of working on!) The room is available now and is fully furnished with a double bed.

We are a friendly, sociable and relaxed house with a wide range of interests and hobbies. We enjoy going to the pub, sports, board games, video games and watching TV together. We're currently bossing the lockdown weekly virtual pub quizzes together.

Because of this, we are looking for someone who will be a great social fit and get on really well with us - not just in interests but wanting to go and do stuff with us, hang around in the evenings and on weekends (obviously we also respect space!), and want to make this house a home - also meaning no smoking(inside)!

The house has two and a half bathrooms and off-street parking, plus a shed around the back for bikes. We all chip in £20 extra for Internet, Spotify, Deliveroo Premium, Sky TV and household essentials, so everything together is about £550 pcm.
