A cosy spacious room to let in a 3 bed terraced house in Cherry Hinton, Cambridge. Sharing with a professional couple in their 30s. Room is fully furnished (including TV) and available from 19th August till the end of November/beginning of December. The rent is £500 per calendar month, inclusive of all bills (council tax, gas, electricity, superfast broadband 200 Mbps and water). Use of kitchen, including dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave is included. Basic kitchen utensils and bed linen are provided. There is extra storage for a suitcase or two. Deposit is £250 payable when you secure the room.
We are friendly, tidy, quiet and clean people and would like to have someone who is the same.
This accommodation would suit a non-smoking, professional or student for single occupancy only (females preferred).
The location of the house is in Tenby Close, which is a walking distance to nearby facilities, ARM, Bus stops to city centre/train station, Addenbrooke's Hospital, food stores, pubs, Tesco Superstore etc.
