Spacious double room available in 3 bedroom home.
One of our housemates is moving out and we're looking for a friendly, sociable new member to match our current set up to keep it feeling "homely". We need someone to help fill the shelves!
There's a large living room and dining area, good kitchen, a garage for secure bike storage, lots of storage space inside the house and a downstairs toilet as well as upstairs bathroom/toilet. Lastly, a fairly large garden, perfect for summer barbecues.
The two of us living in the house;
Andrew (British) is a Physics PHD working at the university, enjoys nights out, shared meals and cooking (bonus!)
James (British) has been working in Cambridge 6 years, also at the university. Enjoys pub nights, house meals, guitars and playing Aussie rules football.
We've a preference for a female housemate to help avoid accidental "mancaving", but we're mostly interested in someone tidy, considerate and looking for a sociable house share that feels like home :).
House is managed through a friendly and reliable agent, Arborra Property. They DO NOT charge any fees to view, apply or move into the property.
