Double Room with private bathroom

Room available in young professionals shared house on Milton Road. The room is a double room with private bathroom in a 4 rooms property. The house is walking distance from Cambridge North station and 10 minutes cycling to the city center.

The room is quite spacious with double bed, wardrobe and large chest of drawers. We have a cleaner once a week that does the communal areas. Anyway, we practice a clean as you go policy that we expect the new tenants to respect too.

I am leaving it to move closer to where I work and I am therefore looking for a replacement. The other (lovely) housemates are all mid to late twenties, one works as a bartender and the other two in tech companies.

The climate in the house is very relaxed and polite. Everyone is very keen on hanging around from time to time, even though maintaining their own spaces.

The property is managed by an agency and they have demonstrated to be very professional in interfacing with us.

At the moment, the room is in single occupancy but couples are also welcome. It is important we find someone who might fit well in the house, so please write some lines about yourself!
