10 min walk to the new Cambridge North train station, also 5 min walk to Co-op and 10 min Tesco Express. Bus stops are nearby, a quick 15 min cycle into town or 8 min drive! Ideal for students getting to Cambridge station (Hills Rd area) or people working near Cambridge Science Park!
A Vietnamese female tenant is preferable, however all FEMALES only are welcome to enquire. A non-refundable deposit of £350 is required (first month’s rent in advance). Minimum stay is 6 months. All bills are included: fast broadband, instant hot water + energy, double glazing. Parking and bike storage available too.
