Cambridge city centre is an 8-10 minute cycle and a 20 minute walk..

There is very easy access to the A14, A10 and M11.

Local amenities include barber, hairdresser, Co-op, Budgens, bicycle repair shop, pharmacy, doctor's surgery, library, take away's, PO, ATM and pretty much everything else you might need.

The room would suit a professional person, or perhaps a PhD student.

The house is well equipped with Virgin high speed broadband, wifi, washing machine, large fridge freezer and an off road parking space.

Secure bike storage at the bottom of the garden.

I employ a cleaner which is included in the price but privacy is obviously respected so can be for just communal areas if preferred.
